The Harvey County Discount Card is designed to SUPPORT LOCAL YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS, while PROMOTING AREA BUSINESSES.

1. Local Businesses Place Special Offers and Discounts on our Website.
2. Local Organizations Sell the Harvey County Discount Card.
3. Supporters Purchase the Cards and Use Them for Discounts and Special Offers.
